Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Private Equity, Asset Management, Corporate Investments, Real Estate Investments, or Principal Investments. Demonstrated experience managing or monitoring investment portfolios. CFA, CAIA, FMVA, CME, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.

Job PurposeResponsible for managing and optimizing the organization's investment portfolio through the evaluation of new investment opportunities, ongoing portfolio performance monitoring, and recommendations on buy, hold, sell, and capital allocation decisions. The role supports value creation by combining strong investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and portfolio management capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor the performance of the organization's investment portfolio.Conduct investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation, feasibility studies, and due diligence.Assess investment returns, risks, and value-creation potential.Develop recommendations on buy, hold, sell, exit, and capital allocation decisions.Monitor financial and operational performance against approved business plans and investment objectives.Prepare investment memoranda, business cases, and Investment Committee presentations.Support acquisitions, divestments, investment structuring, partnerships, and exit strategies.Identify portfolio optimization and value-creation opportunities.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, portfolio companies/assets, fund managers, investors, and external advisors.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.CFA, CAIA, FMVA, CME, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.Experience within Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Private Equity, Asset Management, Corporate Investments, Real Estate Investments, or Principal Investments.Demonstrated experience managing or monitoring investment portfolios.
