Requirements

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, financial reporting, modelling, and dashboard creation is required, alongside strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

We sell through our own website and leading online marketplaces such as Eneba and G2A.As we continue to scale, our finance operations are becoming increasingly complex, involving multiple suppliers, payment gateways, currencies, banking partners, and reconciliation processes. We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function, improve financial processes, and grow into a CFO-level leadership role as the business expands.Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 8,000 – AED 11,000 (Based on Experience)Working Schedule:Monday – FridayHiring ImmediatelyKey ResponsibilitiesManage supplier payments, accounts payable, and multi-currency transactions.Reconcile sales, payment gateways, bank accounts, and marketplace settlements.Monitor cash flow, treasury, and working capital.Prepare management reports on revenue, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.Oversee bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial controls.Analyse profitability by product, supplier, marketplace, and payment method.Improve, automate, and scale finance processes and reporting.QualificationsFinance Operations, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, or Financial Control.Experience with multi-currency transactions and financial reconciliations.FX Valuation & Currency Fluctuations: Hands-on experience in foreign currency valuation, accounting for exchange-rate fluctuations, and accurately recording and analysing realised and unrealised foreign exchange gains and losses.Strong understanding of payment gateways, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks.SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Financial reporting, modelling, and dashboard creation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:E-commerce or digital commerceDigital products, gift cards, or gamingPayment gateways and online marketplacesMulti-currency or high-volume transaction businessesFX valuation and Currency fluctuationsWhy Join UsThis is more than a traditional Finance Manager role.
