Description
Supervise and coordinate pest control technicians and field staff.Inspect client sites to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.Ensure proper use of pesticides and equipment in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.Maintain service schedules, reports, and treatment documentation.Monitor inventory of chemicals, tools, and safety equipment.Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Enforce workplace health and safety standardsJOB COMPETENCIESExperience in pest control operations and integrated pest management (IPM)Valid pest control/operator license (as required by local regulations)Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulationsGood communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple service locations.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSMinimum 2-3 years of experience in pest control operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory roleValid UAE driving licenseKnowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulationsTraining in chemical handling and safety (e.g., pesticide application certification)First Aid and HSE certification preferred
