Family Description
As an Assembly/Test Manufacturing Technician for our weekend shifts, shift 1 is Fri/Sat 11 pm-11:30 am (12hrs) and Sat/Sun 11 pm-11:30 am (12hrs). Shift 2 is Sat 11:am -11:30 pm (12hrs), Sun 11 am-11:30 pm(12hrs), plus 20% shift differential.
 

With the Nokia New Product Introduction (NPI) team in Allentown, PA, you play a critical role in ensuring product quality through hands-on assembly and testing of line cards and systems. You will collaborate closely with engineers and quality assurance professionals to create staging tests that mimic real-world conditions, supporting troubleshooting and failure analysis efforts. This position offers a dynamic weekend shift environment, where you'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact setting that values teamwork and innovation. You will enjoy the flexibility of two12-hour weekend shifts with the potential for overtime, empowering you to focus on product excellence while adapting to the evolving needs of the telecommunications landscape.
