Requirements

We are looking for a talented Senior 3D Designer with a passion for creating impactful events, exhibitions, activations, and branded environments. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and technically strong, capable of transforming ideas into high-quality visual experiences and production-ready designs.Key Responsibilities* Develop creative 3D concepts, visualizations, and photorealistic renders for experiential projects.* Design exhibition booths, event structures, retail displays, and branded environments.* Produce technical and shop drawings for production handover.* Lead assigned projects from concept development through final design delivery.* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.* Review production outputs and support execution to ensure design quality is maintained.* Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising overall studio standards.
