Wood is looking for a Shutdown Planner on a full time basis on a Permanent Staff or Contract basis. This is an embedded role at our clients offices in Aberdeen City. We offer hybrid working for this role – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.

The Role:

  • To produce investment cost estimates for offshore/onshore development projects during the various project phases and as input into the project plan and budget
  • To ensure accuracy of cost structures and cost estimates
  • To validate estimates produced by Contractors or Third parties
  • To gather and consolidate contribution from Professional Areas, ensuring cost completeness for project economic evaluation
  • Ensure selection/development/update of appropriate methods and tools for the execution/validation of cost estimates
  • To feed and update databases and to perform cross project analysis
