What We NeedOivan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Security Consultant tolead and deliver network security projects for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidatewill possess strong technical expertise in network and security infrastructure, combinedwith proven leadership abilities and excellent customer-facing skills. The role requiresthe ability to work independently to provide expert consultation and support.What You'll DoLead the design, implementation, and management of network and security solutions for enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.Act as the technical lead for a team of network engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and oversight on project delivery.Conduct comprehensive network and security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps, and develop robust remediation strategies.Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advisory services, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and deliver clear and concise technical documentation, including network diagrams, assessment reports, and executive-level presentations.Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot a wide range of network security appliances and tools, such as firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), WAFs, and VPNs.Ensure all solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements, such as NCA, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.Work independently on complex technical challenges, demonstrating a systematic approach to problem-solving and debugging.Support the continuous improvement of Oivan's cybersecurity service offerings and methodologies.What You HaveExperience: 9+ years of hands-on experience in network and security engineering or consulting.Leadership: Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers on complex projects.Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and security architecture (network segmentation, DMZ).Hands-on experience with leading security technologies, including firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), WAFs (e.g., F5, Imperva), and IDS/IPS systems.Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as NCA ECC, ISO 27001, and NIST.Customer Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.Independence: Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable, such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, or vendor-specific credentials (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE).Who We AreWho We AreOivan is a digital engineering, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity services company.
