Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field. At least 4 years of related work experience, including change management, training, event delivery, project coordination, or customer-facing experience; health care information technology experience preferred. Must have a demonstrated ability to support adoption activities, learning events, training sessions, or other customer-facing change initiatives. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and related applications. Ability to travel up to 100% to customer sites. Preferred qualifications include CCMP or Prosci certifications, and experience with Federal/Public Sector customers or healthcare learning events.
