Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent. Strong ability to create, manage, and revise technical documentation (Excel, engineering reports, BOMs, etc.). Basic understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and engineering principles. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
