Requirements

Must possess strong contract administration and commercial acumen, knowledge of FIDIC and oil & gas contract forms, and proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar contract management systems.

Contract Administrator – Oil & Gas UpstreamPurpose:Administer and manage upstream oil & gas contracts to ensure contractual compliance, commercial protection, and efficient project execution.Key Responsibilities:Administer drilling, well services, EPC, operations, maintenance, and consultancy contracts.Monitor contractor performance, deliverables, and compliance with contract terms.Review and process variations, change orders, claims, and extensions of time.Support tendering activities, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.Maintain contract records, correspondence, and contractual documentation.Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project teams.Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.Assist in dispute resolution and contract closeout activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Quantity Surveying, or related field.Experience:6+ years of contract administration experience in the upstream oil & gas sector.Strong experience in drilling, production, EPC, and field operations contracts.Knowledge of contract management, claims, and commercial negotiations.Skills:Strong contract administration and commercial acumen.Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of FIDIC and oil & gas contract forms.Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar contract management systems.Strong communication and analytical skills.
