In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in weekly payment cycles
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement in compliance with company policies
- Corporate Credit Card Program Management
- Conduct regular reconciliations of corporate credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and processing issues in a professional manner
- Support Month-End Close activities, including bank account reconciliations and other related financial tasks
- Provide proactive guidance and training to internal teams on expense management policies, procedures, and payment schedules
- Deliver services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuously meet or exceed performance KPIs
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial services while maintaining strong compliance, control, and operational excellence standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Fresh graduates and maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian (Written & Spoken)
- Experience in Oracle ERP System is an advantage
- AP experience in a manufacturing or financial shared services environment at a multinational company is a plus
