We are supporting a leading global hospitality group in the search for an Assistant Corporate Finance Manager to join its Corporate Finance function in Dubai.This is a broad, international role with responsibility for the day-to-day and periodic finance activities across a portfolio of global corporate and legal entities. The successful candidate will support financial management, reporting, governance, treasury, audit and tax activities across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with internal finance, accounting, tax, treasury and legal teams as well as external auditors and professional advisors.The role offers excellent exposure to multi-entity corporate finance, international statutory reporting, tax coordination, treasury and corporate governance, making it well suited to a qualified or part-qualified finance professional with experience in a multinational environment and the ability to manage multiple entities, stakeholders and deadlines.If you have strong experience across financial reporting, audit, tax coordination and corporate finance operations, and are looking to take on a role with genuine international exposure, we would be keen to hear from you.Responsibilities:Managing the day-to-day and periodic corporate finance activities for a portfolio of Jumeirah's global corporate/legal entities.Supporting the financial management, reporting, and governance of multiple entities across different jurisdictions.Coordinating with internal finance, accounting, tax, treasury, legal, and other corporate functions across the Group.Acting as a key finance contact for external auditors, tax advisors, accounting advisors, and other professional service providers.Supporting treasury activities for the assigned corporate entities, including cash management and liquidity monitoring.Managing and coordinating external audits for relevant entities, including preparation of financial information, responding to audit queries, and ensuring timely completion.Working with local and international tax consultants/advisors on corporate tax, tax compliance, tax reporting, and other relevant tax matters.Supporting statutory and regulatory finance requirements across different jurisdictions.Reviewing financial statements, accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for the relevant corporate entities.Ensuring appropriate financial controls, governance, and compliance are maintained across the entities.Supporting entity-level month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting requirements.Coordinating with local finance teams and external advisors where finance activities are managed locally.Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of statutory, audit, tax, and corporate finance obligations.Supporting corporate restructuring, entity establishment/closure, intercompany arrangements, and other corporate finance projects when required.Preparing financial analysis, management reports, schedules, and presentations for senior finance stakeholders.Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, reporting, and efficiency across the corporate finance function.Supporting ad hoc corporate finance projects and requests from Group Finance leadership.Requirements :Define the ideal candidate as someone with:A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent would be highly desirable.Approximately 5–8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with strong exposure to corporate finance and multi-entity environments.Experience working with multiple legal entities and/or multinational organisations.Strong experience dealing with external auditors and tax consultants/advisors.Exposure to UK or European entities/jurisdictions would be advantageous, given the background of the role.Strong understanding of statutory accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax coordination, and corporate finance governance.Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and dealing with international stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with finance teams across different countries.Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar would be advantageous.Availability: Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
