The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, be CIPS qualified or possess equivalent industry qualifications, and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain demonstrating results. Key skills include detailed knowledge of suppliers, commercial evaluations, negotiations, terms and conditions of purchase/contract, subcontract agreements, framework agreements, ERP systems, and supply chain principles and techniques. Excellent communication, planning, organizational, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Job DescriptionWood is looking for a Senior Supply Chian to join our team in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities Accountable for the successful delivery of all supply chain activities that they are responsible for. Responsible for the end to end sourcing process (Strategy through Close Out) for the majorprocurement/subcontract packages assigned to them. Provides guidance, direction and support to the reporting personnel in delivery of their specificresponsibilities. Provides guidance, direction and support to all relevant stakeholders on both Woods and thesuppliers specific contractual obligations and responsibilities. Ensures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project executionplan/schedule and/or contracting strategy, within approved budgets and in line with projectprocesses and procedures. Assisting with development of processes and procedures, and communication to relevantpersonnel. Update the project / procurement status report (PSR) in line with project / client required on sitedates and current / estimate lead times, notifying any delays to the supply chain lead. Attend regular PSR meetings with client, engineering and/or project management personnel toensure dates for pre-order deliverables within their portfolio are being maintained. Establishes priorities, assigns workloads and reviews tasks as assigned to direct reports. Utilisation of Wood Approved Supplier Register (ASR) supplemented when required byproject/client approved supplier registers for supplier evaluation, audit, and selection Carry out Supplier performance reviews and ongoing management ensuring corrective actions aretaken where required. Ensure that all statutory and legal requirements and procedures are complied with and all actionsare fully auditable. Ensures that direct reports have a clear understanding of their role, supply chain processes andprocedures and provides guidance, direction and support. Promote safe working practices and demonstrate safety leadership at all times. Understands and lives Woods vision, values and behaviours. Understands and works to the Wood Financial Management Framework Assist in applying robust performance management and development plans for direct reports Capture all internal and external in year savings targets as per business plan. Assist in the implementation of global/regional/country initiatives as per business plans.QualificationsEducated to ISCED Level 6 (Bachelor Degree or Equivalent), CIPS qualified or industry equivalent.Record of skills training appropriate for job specific role.Knowledge, Skills And Experience Minimum of 7 years SC experience demonstrating results.
