Team members work in a dynamic, customer-centered environment that values service excellence and attention to detail.Role Description The Reservations Ticketing Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role involves handling flight and hotel reservations, issuing and modifying tickets, and ensuring accurate booking details in reservation systems. The agent communicates with clients and partners to respond to inquiries, provide travel options, and offer suitable recommendations based on customer needs and company guidelines. Daily tasks include managing booking confirmations, processing cancellations or changes, maintaining up-to-date records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth travel experiences. The role also includes resolving customer issues promptly, supporting sales initiatives, and following company procedures and industry standards.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with clients and colleagues.Practical expertise in Reservations and ticketing processes, including use of booking systems and attention to accuracy.Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.Knowledge of Travel & Tourism practices, destinations , and common travel documentation requirements.Sales skills to promote suitable travel options, cross-sell services, and support revenue growth.Prior experience in travel agencies, airlines, or destination management companies is beneficial.Familiarity with GDS or other reservation platforms is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bookings, and meet deadlines.High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail.Relevant diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
