As an Associate in the International Private Bank – Business Management team, you will execute initiatives across Investments and Solutions, focusing on innovation and compliance. You will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive business forward, all within a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Management to formalize business priorities and execute initiatives.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze and interpret data.
  • Understand and prioritize business needs for short and long-term objectives.
  • Problem solve with a focus on client, firm, advisor, and business impact.
  • Pursue process efficiencies and client/advisor experience improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Lead responses to exams by Compliance Testing, Internal Audit, and Regulators.
  • Establish and lead working groups across various departments.
  • Support advisors with client queries and direct them to appropriate outcomes.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 plus years of experience in Business management/ COO/ strategy roles.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to execute within demanding deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic.
