Job Description
A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking qualified and experienced spine surgeons to join its orthopedic/neurosurgical team. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical management of spinal disorders, trauma, and complex spinal conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with spinal disorders and injuries.
Perform spinal surgical procedures appropriate to training and expertise.
Manage degenerative, traumatic, deformity, and complex spinal conditions.
Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Collaborate with neurosurgeons, orthopedic specialists, radiologists, neurologists, physiotherapists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
Manage emergency spinal trauma cases when required.
Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, teaching, and quality improvement activities.
