Requirements
Bachelor's and master's degrees in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications. Exceptional oral and written communication abilities in English and Arabic.
Description
Job Purpose: • Design, lead and execute management of marketing strategies• Lead key marketing activities and campaigns• Coordinate with external suppliers, including, design, digital, social media and other external agencies• Taking a lead role in managing the DIFC Courts marketing social media campaigns, including oversight of CRM• Providing diligent support to the Communications ManagerResponsibilitiesMaintain a close awareness of best practices and industry standards in the area of marketing and branding initiativesSupport on the continued review and development of the DIFC Courts marketingfunctions and campaigns in conjunction with CRM oversight, analysis andmanagementCoordinate and where necessary undertake, selected social media and digitalElements of the DIFC Courts key communications campaigns, as agreed with the Communications ManagerManage social media presence and direct programmes to improve social mediaManage all digital and social media marketing analytics and reports reputation and recognition, as well as digital marketing campaigns related to servicesProject manage and support events including trade shows, conferences andinternal events to ensure professional execution within allocated budgetSupport communications team in coordinating internal enquiries and externalmedia and public relations events and materials (e.g., press releases, newsletters,CSR activities), managing branded novelties ordering and inventory (trophies,certificates, etc.Assist on key strategic communications for domestic, regional, and global interactions that promote the DIFC CourtsPlan and execute the annual calendar of awareness and promotional events in line the DIFC Courts and its service objectivesEnsure that the DIFC Courts logo and brand image is not misused on any platform and/or activity and by an employeeDevelop up-to-date brand collateral and other communications material for marketing and court-user attraction in compliance with the DIFC Courts brand guidelines.Support all approved audit requests with reporting and any other requirementsContracting and liaising with procurement and finance departments, for supplier financial administration and supplier reviews and reporting.Professional Experience: Bachelor's and master's degrees in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communicationsExceptional oral and written communication abilities in English and Arabic
