IMMEDIATE JOINERPosition Title - Project Engineer – Fitout Job SummaryThe Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all engineering and construction activities related to commercial projects. The role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. The Project Engineer serves as the key liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionAssist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation measures.Technical CoordinationReview and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.Coordinate with consultants, architects, designers, and subcontractors regarding technical issues.Ensure proper implementation of approved drawings and project standards.Attend technical and coordination meetings with stakeholders.Site ManagementSupervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project standards.Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.Ensure all construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
