Key ResponsibilitiesHave experience for Inspecting civil and structural works (substructure and superstructure) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statementsMonitor site activities and ensure adherence to authority requirements and project quality standardsCoordinate with contractors and subcontractors for inspections and daily site activitiesRaise inspection requests (IRs) and follow up for approvals from the Consultant teamIssue site observations and report non-conformances, ensuring timely corrective actionsVerify materials and workmanship meet approved standardsMaintain accurate documentation, reports, and inspection recordsSupport the Resident Engineer in day-to-day supervision and project coordinationEnsure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standardsAssist in snagging, de-snagging, and handover processesStrong experience in substructure construction is essential, with specific expertise in piling and shoring works and should have expertise in inspecting and supervising these activities in accordance with project specifications and quality standardsKey RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in civil/structural supervisionAt least 5 years of UAE experience, preferably in DubaiStrong experience in consultant-side supervision for residential high-rise tower projectsExtensive knowledge of substructure and superstructure worksAbility to monitor site works and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and authority regulationsCompetent in issuing site observations and coordinating with contractorsStrong documentation, reporting, and communication skills

We are looking for experienced Site Civil Engineer to inspect and monitor civil and structural works on site, ensuring all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, authority regulations, and quality standards, while supporting the Resident Engineer in supervision of project execution.
