Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

Product & Brand Development:

Team Mentorship:
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operational professionals.
Stakeholder Management:
• Negotiate with distributors, suppliers, and retail partners to secure prime shelf space and favorable distribution terms.
