Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control or a related engineering role. Must have good knowledge of quality control tools, inspection methods, and problem-solving techniques, with familiarity with quality management systems like ISO 9001. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, and knowledge of quality-related software is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication/teamwork abilities are essential. CQE-CCQM certification is preferred.

IBSF has enhanced it is capabilities over the years to cater for all commercial and industrial fabricated steel requirements of international EPC contractors as well as local general contractors.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and operations meet established quality standards and specifications.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.Conduct quality inspections, testing, and measurements as required.Identify, document, and investigate quality issues and non-conformities.Perform root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Prepare and maintain quality control reports, records, and documentation.Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor and analyze quality data and recommend improvements to reduce defects and improve efficiency.Ensure inspection and testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.Handling final inspection with (Client, consultant, TPI & external auditors )Attend and run Kick-off meeting & PIMJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimume 6 years of experience in quality control or a related engineering role.Good knowledge of quality control tools, inspection methods, and problem-solving techniques.Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.Good communication and teamwork skills.Prefer CQE-CCQM cert.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of quality-related software/tools is an advantage.
