As an architectural draftsman at IRTH, you will be instrumental in translating design concepts into detailed architectural drawings. Your expertise in drafting will support a range of projects from initial sketches to the production of construction documentation, ensuring that all designs adhere to relevant codes and standards.
Key responsibilities
Create accurate drawings, plans, and details using CAD software, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
Assist architects and project teams in developing design concepts and coordinating architectural elements.
Revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders, ensuring all changes are documented.
Prepare technical drawings for building permits and submissions to local authorities.
Maintain an organized drawing register and documentation to streamline project workflows.
Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to integrate all project components effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance drawing quality and efficiency.
Requirements
