Job description
Assess and originate investment opportunities through direct engagement with founders and management teams.
Analyse financial statements, business KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
Build detailed financial models to support investment evaluation and decision-making.
Support financial, commercial, and legal due diligence processes.
Review transaction materials, data rooms, and supporting documentation to develop investment recommendations.
Prepare investment committee materials, investor reports, and transaction-related presentations.
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across investments and stakeholder coordination.
Work closely with senior team members on investment strategy and transaction execution.
Contribute to the development of internal processes and the broader investment platform.
The successful applicant
1-2 years of experience within Big4, investment banking, private equity, credit investing, or related fields is highly relevant.
