We are hiring a VC Analyst to open relationships with investors who back private companies directly, and to put the right opportunities in front of them.Pairs is a global network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels. We screen deal flow very tightly, and the opportunities that clear our diligence go out to the network. We invest alongside them too.THE ROLEThis role sits on the investor side of Pairs. You find investors who are active right now, learn what each of them backs, and introduce them to opportunities that fit.Most of the work is first contact done well. You write to family offices, angels and early-stage funds in a way that earns a reply, turn those replies into calls, and book the right investors into meetings with founders.We are not raising a fund. Our investors invest directly in companies, so the work is about direct investors, not fund LPs.Our platform handles the pipeline, research and follow-up. Your time goes to the conversations, and to learning which investors are ready to commit capital.You will work directly with the two co-founders and our investor team, on a process that already works. The organisation is flat, so you will see first-hand how we screen opportunities, what we decline and why.This is an early-career role.
