Commercial DutiesIssue technical and commercial submittals for tenders before closing dates.Manage and coordinate the sales queue according to sales team instructions and customer RFQs.Follow up on open orders until delivery and invoice issuance.Respond timely and accurately to customer requests for information and pricing.Maintain inquiry/order log sheets.Prepare Win/Loss reports for each account.Maintain gross margins agreed with Sales Account Managers.Immediately report any losses incurred after order placement.Technical DutiesMaintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products.Assist Sales Team with product enhancement knowledge.Provide an escalation route for initial technical/design issues, liaising with manufacturers for swift resolution.Respond to customers with technical clarifications as needed.Reporting & Follow-UpPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.Attend sales team meetings and share best practices.Follow up with Logistics and Finance Departments on documents related to issued orders.Decision-Making ResponsibilitiesQuote/decline based on AIG strengths/weaknesses (with Sales Account Manager).Determine gross profit margins.Ensure technical submittals comply with customer RFQs.Set commercial terms based on AIG history with each customer.Decide on delivery logistics and related costs.
