Requirements

Company: Land SterlingLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: Up to AED 3,000 per monthWhat You'll Be DoingLand Sterling is seeking an Asset Tagging Inspector to support our Asset Management and Facilities Management projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site asset surveys across master communities, residential buildings, and infrastructure projects. The role involves identifying, recording, and verifying building and infrastructure assets, maintaining accurate asset registers, and completing asset tagging activities once client approvals have been received. This is a site-based role requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed on-site asset surveys across client properties, including master communities and buildings.Identify, inspect, and record various building, MEP, architectural, and infrastructure assets.Capture accurate asset information, including asset type, description, location, and relevant details.Prepare and maintain detailed asset registers using Excel.Verify asset information against existing drawings, documents, and site conditions.Update asset registers based on client feedback and comments.Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure asset data is accurate and complete.Carry out physical asset tagging once registers have been approved by the client.Install asset tags on identified assets and maintain accurate records of tagged items.Support project delivery by ensuring asset surveys and tagging activities are completed within agreed timelines.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline preferred.1–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field.Candidates with junior-level Facilities Management experience will be considered.Good understanding of building assets, MEP systems, and infrastructure components.Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.Previous experience working on-site within buildings, communities, or facilities environments is preferred.UAE driving licence is an advantage.
