Requirements
The suitable candidate must have a designer or architect background (degree or equivalent) with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other CAD software. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail within Parfums & Cosmetics or luxury retail is required, along with experience working across multiple countries and managing external suppliers and retailers. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

JOB TITLE: Regional Retail Design Project ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEABOUT THE ROLEThe Regional Retail Design Project Manager is responsible for leading retail design projects from concept through execution. This role acts as the key liaison between design teams, commercial, marketing, vendors, construction partners to ensure that all retail environments reflect Brands guidelines and business goals.KEY RESPONSABILITIESManage retail design projects across MEA markets, reporting to HQ (shop in shops, wall units, gondolas).Revision of 3D and technical drawings ensuring Brands guidelines, perfect execution, while respecting retailer guidelines.Debrief the global projects team for new permanent spaces or adapting them for global validationLiaise with our retailers for vendor packsManage Local agencies and suppliers, ensures quality production and installation work is done on time while building a strong relationship with retailers and suppliersObtain all documentation related to the store opening, installation permits etc. within deadlinesTrack Budgets and cost negotiation with partners, ensures project execution is within assigned budgets.Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions to ensure successful project deliveryMaintain accurate project trackers and provide regular reporting on project status, budgets and timelines to the Global Retail teamCollaborate closely with VM, Marketing, Commercial and Global Retail teams to ensure alignment throughout project development and executionPROFILE & COMPETENCIESAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent design, hand sketches and technical skills.Excellent communication skills, Creative, Curious, Self-Critical, Organized, Team player, solution oriented.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlinesMust be Detail oriented and have a flair for beauty and luxury designAble to trouble-shoot and be proactive to solve issues that arise while working in a team environmentKnowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteThe suitable candidate must have a designer or architect background (degree or equivalent)Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other CAD softwareUnderstanding material properties, fabrication techniques, and manufacturing processesMinimum 5 years of experience in Retail within Parfums & Cosmetics or luxury retailExperience working across multiple countries and managing external suppliers and retailersLanguage: English mandatory (French and/or Arabic is a plus)
