The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The travel coordinator & personal assistant will serve as a vital liaison between executives, clients, and suppliers, contributing to the overall productivity and success of Penguin London. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Organise and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence. Prepare and process expense reports, travel documents, and related administrative tasks. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Support ad-hoc personal and administrative duties to facilitate executives’ efficiency.
