Perform OpenShift platform administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, performance optimization, and capacity management. Design and implement automation for OpenShift infrastructure and application deployments. Manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins. Implement and maintain GitOps-driven configuration management and deployment using tools such as Argo CD. Support migration of enterprise applications and workloads to cloud environments. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git-based workflows. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, application deployment, and operational activities. Develop and maintain Helm charts for application packaging and deployment. Work closely with development, infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to resolve complex platform issues. Integrate OpenShift and enterprise platforms through REST/SOAP APIs. Develop API consumers/publishers and support integration with external systems. Support high-availability architectures and ensure platform reliability and resilience. Troubleshoot complex issues involving OpenShift, networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, certificates, load balancers, firewalls, Active Directory, and infrastructure components. Mandatory technical skills Red Hat OpenShift Strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift administration. Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator certification preferred or required. Extensive experience with installation, configuration, upgrades, automation, troubleshooting, and management of enterprise OpenShift clusters. Experience with OpenShift Virtualization / KubeVirt. Infrastructure as code & automation Expert-level experience with: Terraform Ansible Jenkins Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, orchestration, and automation practices. CI/CD & GitOps Strong experience implementing GitOps-based deployment models. Hands-on experience with Argo CD / ArgoCD. Strong knowledge of Jenkins pipeline development. Ability to write and maintain Jenkinsfiles using Groovy. Experience with Helm and Helm chart development.
