Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in real estate investments, alternatives, or real estate funds, with a proven track record managing the full investment lifecycle and institutional investor relationships. Advanced real estate financial modeling and valuation expertise is required, along with experience navigating economic cycles and presenting to institutional investors. Arabic speaking with prior experience in the Saudi market is essential. CFA or CAIA certifications are preferred, as are CME1 & CME4.

A leading regional investment firm is looking for a Real Estate Fund Manager to lead and grow its Real Estate Funds platform based in Dammam. Reporting to the CIO, this is a high-impact, senior role at the heart of the firm's alternative investment strategy — shaping fund strategy, driving portfolio performance, and building investor relationships across a growing real estate investment platform.In this role, you'll develop and expand the firm's Real Estate Funds strategy and platform, identifying opportunities for new funds and investment vehicles while overseeing performance across the existing portfolio. You'll review investment recommendations ahead of Investment Committee submission, monitor portfolio performance, diversification, and liquidity, and build strong relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, financial institutions, and developers.
