With Superior Uses condition monitoring techniques as a basis for prevention of failure and diagnoses complex equipment failures.Analysis and Reporting: Analysis of previous day & shift activities with Supervisor so that action plans specific to skills can be developed to address line stoppage and fault analysis issues and hence improve maintenance service to internal customers.Team supervision: Guide, monitor and assists train new team members so that the employees have the appropriate skills and behaviors required to deliver required levels of service to internal customers.Problem Solving: Personally provide technical input to the resolution of major maintenance problems so that line down time is minimized and direct reports are accurate for technical understanding.Spare parts management: Assist Supervisor in ensuring proper spare parts management.Production Liaison: Meet with production personnel on a daily basis to discuss and finalize machine shut down schedules and obtain feedback on historical standards of service provision.
