​About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to fully oversee our financial, inventory, and accounting operations. The primary focus of this role is precise inventory management, product costing across multi-SKU categories, financial reporting, and tax compliance.​Key Responsibilities:​Inventory & Costing Management (Core Focus):​Monitor inventory movements across all categories (switches, sockets, bulbs, LED panels, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, wiring, etc.).​Oversee periodic and annual physical inventory counts, reconcile variances (shortages/surpluses) with the ERP system, and manage slow-moving/dead stock reports.​Calculate accurate landed product costs (import/purchase price + shipping + customs + operational expenses).​Financial Management & Team Supervision:​Fully supervise the accounting department, daily treasury operations, and bank transactions.​Review daily ledger entries, trial balances, and ensure accurate accounting records.​Payables, Receivables & Pricing:​Manage supplier accounts (factories & wholesalers), debt settlements, and damaged goods returns.​Oversee client accounts (retail shops, electricians, contractors), credit policies, and collections.​Participate in developing pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional offers to secure target profit margins per product category.​Reporting, Taxation & Internal Controls:​Prepare monthly financial statements, product/category profitability analyses, cash flow statements, and budgets.​Take full ownership of e-Invoicing compliance, VAT returns, Income Tax, and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.​Implement internal control systems to prevent fraud in warehouses, treasury, and sales, and oversee ERP integration with POS systems
