Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
15+ years of experience in the steel industry.
Strong hands-on experience in HRC / Hot Strip Mill operations is essential.
Proven experience managing a complete rolling mill operation.
Strong knowledge of rolling technology, process control, quality and mill optimization.
Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in commissioning/start-up of a new HRC mill will be highly preferred.
