About the RoleWe are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead our architectural design team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, overseeing high-end projects from conceptual design through to delivery. You will manage a team of passionate architects, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and timely project submission.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage daily and weekly task distributions for the architectural team and monitor schedule compliance.Design Leadership: Innovate architectural concepts and develop complex engineering blueprints and schemes.Technical Guidance: Review architectural designs, shop drawings, and building models to ensure top quality and specification compliance.Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Interface between the architectural department and other engineering disciplines (MEP and Structural) to eliminate conflicts.Project Management: Track timelines and budgets strictly to ensure seamless project delivery on due dates.Technical Mentorship: Guide, coach, and refine the skills of junior architects while meticulously reviewing their drawings.Contract & Client Management: Maintain continuous coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure exact specification matching.Problem Solving: Intervene immediately to resolve technical obstacles in design or on-site, providing regular reports to the Project Manager.
