Job DescriptionDubai Government Legal Affairs Department (the Department) is seeking to attract qualified and talented professionals to join its team as an Innovation and Future Readiness Executive within the Innovation and Future Foresight Section, Knowledge Management Department. The role contributes to the activation and development of institutional innovation, future readiness, and foresight frameworks, in accordance with approved policies and procedures, and in alignment with the Dubai Government Excellence Program, relevant international standards, and best practices.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily tasks and provide executive support to activate, implement, and achieve the requirements of institutional innovation, future readiness, and foresight frameworks, as well as related requirements across all organizational units, ensuring their operation and sustainability in line with the Dubai Government Excellence Program, relevant international standards, and best practices.Carry out daily activities related to the operation and implementation of institutional innovation requirements, the Innovation Management System, and the Advanced Thinking System, while following up with organizational units on all related requirements and procedures.Support and monitor organizational units in fulfilling the requirements of ISO 56001, including the preparation of relevant templates, documents, records, and evidence.Support the implementation of future readiness and institutional foresight programs and requirements, and participate in the development of future scenarios and related studies.Follow up with organizational units regarding the preparation of future studies, analysis of local and global trends, and identification of opportunities and challenges impacting the Department's operations, in coordination with the Studies Section.Monitor organizational units in relation to innovation and future readiness performance indicators and prepare periodic progress reports.Support the development and utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and technologies for data analysis, study preparation, process improvement, and the enhancement of institutional operating frameworks.Coordinate with organizational units to obtain the data and information required for institutional studies and analyses.Prepare executive presentations and reports related to innovation and future readiness.Support the development and preparation of draft audit and institutional assessment files related to innovation and future readiness.Perform any other duties or assignments related to the activation, operation, and development of institutional innovation and future readiness frameworks, as assigned by the Section Manager and/or Director General, ensuring alignment with the Dubai Government Excellence Program, international standards, and best practices.Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:Comply with the use of the Tawqeet System for documenting all tasks and activities completed on a daily basis, in accordance with the applicable guidelines and procedures.Prepare a weekly report covering all assigned transactions and the actions taken thereon, in line with the relevant instructions.Adhere to all work procedures adopted by the Department concerning the Documentation Transaction Management System (Tawtheeq).Comply with the Department's approved Information Security Policies.Adhere to all circulars issued by the Department regarding attendance and working hours, ensuring the timely, efficient, and quality completion of assigned duties and responsibilities.QualificationsQualifications and Years of Experience:Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Futures Studies, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or any other related field.Professional certifications in Institutional Innovation, Foresight, Data Analytics, Knowledge Management, or Artificial Intelligence are preferred.3–5 years of professional experience in the fields of institutional innovation and/or future foresight, including experience with ISO 56001 requirements.Knowledge of the Dubai Government Excellence Program and the strategic directions of the Government of Dubai in this area.Experience working within a government entity or a consulting firm serving government organizations.Job CategoryInnovation (Innovation)AdvertiserThe Government of Dubai Legal Affairs DepartmentRequired NationalityAll Nationalities (Priority for UAE National)Monthly SalaryUnspecifiedSchedule-TimeFull timeJob Posting27/07/2026Unposting Date01/11/2026
