We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Corporate to join us. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving sales strategies and revenue growth across multiple properties in the region.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional business goals and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead, motivate, and drive corporate groups and MICE opportunities to the hotel.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality or related industry
Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a multi-property or regional capacity
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in luxury market segments
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in the Middle East region
Expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales
Exceptional strategic planning and revenue management skills
Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
Advanced negotiation and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in market analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
Ability to travel frequently within the cluster region
Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
Additional information
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in sales management.
Understanding of key corporate and MICE market dynamics and business environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential).
