Requirements
Requires 5+ years of UAE experience in luxury villa renovation, fit-out, joinery, or premium residential construction procurement. Must have strong experience with BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs, and the ability to read AutoCAD drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. Excellent knowledge of luxury building materials, finishes, sanitary ware, lighting, doors, hardware, and joinery, along with advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD are essential.

One of our clients is looking for an experienced Procurement & BOQ Specialist to join its team in Dubai.This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong technical expertise in luxury villa renovation, fit-out, joinery, and premium building materials. You'll be responsible for managing procurement, preparing BOQs, reviewing drawings, sourcing quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.Review architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.Source and negotiate with suppliers across the UAE.Evaluate materials, quotations, and technical compliance.Manage procurement documentation, RFQs, LPOs, and supplier coordination.Support cost optimization and value engineering without compromising quality.Coordinate with designers, QS teams, contractors, and site engineers throughout the procurement process.Requirements✅ 5+ years of UAE experience in luxury villa renovation, fit-out, joinery, or premium residential construction procurement. ✅ Strong experience with BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs. ✅ Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. ✅ Excellent knowledge of luxury building materials, finishes, sanitary ware, lighting, doors, hardware, and joinery. ✅ Advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD. ✅ Strong supplier network within the UAE is highly preferred. ✅ UAE driving license is an advantage.If you're passionate about delivering exceptional luxury projects and have the expertise to manage procurement from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.
