Jaidah Motors & Trading Company is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our Automotive Aftersales team in Doha, Qatar.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of claims to manufacturers, and coordinating with workshop, service, and parts teams to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and administer automotive warranty claims accurately and within the required timelines.Review repair orders, technical reports, job cards, and supporting documents to ensure warranty eligibility.Verify warranty coverage and ensure repairs are carried out in accordance with manufacturer warranty policies.Submit warranty claims to the respective manufacturer or principal and follow up on claim status.Monitor rejected, pending, and disputed warranty claims and take the necessary corrective action.Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Workshop Supervisors, Parts, and other relevant departments regarding warranty-related matters.Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained for audit purposes.Review warranty claims for accuracy, including labor operations, parts, quantities, and applicable warranty codes.Maintain proper records of warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and payments.Identify recurring claim issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to minimize claim rejections.Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures, policies, and audit requirements.Assist during manufacturer warranty audits and provide the required documentation and records.Monitor warranty claim aging and ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.Prepare warranty-related reports and provide updates to management as required.Stay updated on changes to warranty policies, procedures, and manufacturer requirements.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar automotive aftersales role.Experience working with an automotive dealership or authorized service center is highly preferred.Good understanding of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer warranty policies.Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts, labor operations, and technical documentation.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in warranty claims.Good computer skills and experience using automotive dealership/workshop management systems.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively with workshop, service, parts, and manufacturer/principal teams.Ability to work under pressure and meet warranty claim submission deadlines.Key CompetenciesWarranty claims managementAutomotive aftersales knowledgeAttention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsDocumentation and record managementCommunication and coordinationTime managementCustomer and service orientationCompliance and process awarenessWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a leading automotive organization in Qatar.Professional and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for career development and growth.Competitive compensation and benefits package, subject to company policy.
