Estimating & Design Lead — US Commercial Landscaping (remote)Schedule: Core U.S. business hours required, especially when coordinating with onsite sales, estimators, property managers, and field leadership. Exact schedule discussed during interviews.Compensation: $1,250 USD/month base. What's been missing is someone who can turn a site into an accurate, defensible estimate, and bring real landscape knowledge into the proposals we send.The RoleThis is not a cold-calling or prospecting seat. That's covered by our BD team.We need someone who can look at a property, a site plan, or a set of specs and understand what it actually takes to landscape and maintain it: scope, plant material, hardscape, labor, timeline, and turn that into a clean, accurate estimate our sales team can put in front of a client fast.There's a performance component tied to results, but the job is estimating and design support first. Speed matters, most requested proposals should go out within 72 hoursKeep every estimate tracked from request to delivery to follow-up in the CRMDesign SupportBring landscape/design judgment to proposals: plant selection, layout logic, what a property actually needsFlag when a scope doesn't make sense or is missing something a client will ask aboutHelp our cold quote system: proactively estimating strong-fit properties before they askCoordinationWork closely with onsite sales, estimators, and field leadership. You're remote, not disconnectedSupport site visits with prep: property research, past scope, photos, notesMake sure nothing sits unowned between "quote requested" and "proposal sent"
