Experience & BackgroundChartered membership of RICS (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent recognised professional body.Minimum 8–10+ years' post-qualification QS experience, including prior experience in development/bank monitoring, employer's agent, or project monitoring roles.Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC strongly preferred; familiarity with local contracting practices, FIDIC-based contracts, and Saudi regulatory/permitting environment.Strong understanding of construction finance structures, drawdown mechanisms, and lender risk requirements.Excellent written reporting skills suitable for credit/investment committee audiences.Willingness and ability to travel/be based on site across KSA.
