Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline is preferred. Requires 10+ years of experience in operations management, with leadership experience in airline catering operations. Proven track record in large-scale operational transformation and digital integration programs, strategic planning, project management, operational excellence, and using technology/data for performance improvement is essential. Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality in airline catering, with commercial and financial acumen, and excellent people leadership and change management skills are required. Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification is advantageous.
