Description
Document management - Maintain and administer the documents.Ensure proper storage, retrieval and archiving of QA/QC documents.Collate and control inspection & test insepection records, track revision and ensure only approved versions are in circulation.Ensure documentation meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and clients specific requirements.Support audit by maintaining accurate registers and trackers.Workflow and coordination - Manage document transmittals, request for information and approval work flows.Liaise between contractors, client and project teams to ensure timely reviews.Compile asbuilt documentation O&M manuals and handover packs of client. Ensure all deliverables are complete and audit ready in required scales.Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering and QA-QC processes.
