Requirements

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in a landscape construction company to ensure all landscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.Conduct inspections for landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works.Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Method Statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely approvals.Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals.Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and monitor close-out.Maintain QA/QC documentation, quality records, and inspection reports.Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and project standards.Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.Participate in internal quality audits and support project handover documentation.Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, project quality plans, and HSE requirements.
