Develop sample specified (spec) sheet while finalizing trims with designer along with tech pack for each style to review and approve packing details against product categories. Conduct the fit session of development/fit and PP sample/dress forms with designer, buyer, and merchandiser and ensure amendments. Check lab reports of each individual style and give approval and conclusion based on results. Factory audits: perform factory audits for new vendors before starting operations with them and conduct random factory audits of existing vendors periodically. Facilitate periodic review of PP meeting report, provide guidance to QA team while ensuring quality for incoming products from all vendors. Interface with QA and vendor for addressing technical queries and keep a check on customer feedback while ensuring customer complaints level is reduced to below 1%. Communicate technical requirements and changes to internal teams during collection pre-production stage. Administer accurate management of software admin and data input – fit, construction comments, and size charts. Facilitate ongoing review and development of quality lead construction standards. Contribute to developing technical team ways of working and support business in more efficient processes. Determine management of risk attributes within garments while organizing fit meetings to achieve required critical path. SOP operation: create complete process from design to dispatch to troubleshoot operational flaws and minimize lead time and cost. Vendor analysis: analyze and rate vendor performance on various quality parameters and production efficiency. Work with buyers and designers to create new garment specs and collaborate to determine best fabric and trim combinations, participate in pre-production fittings and management of comments and size charts to pattern and production team. Manage workload in an organized manner and maintain a central filing system which interlinks with other members of the team. Identify opportunities to improve technical performance of product area through simplified ways of working. Take care of employee performance development reviews and personal development plans. Improve the customer proposition through the implementation of a gated development process.
