About the role As a Private Medical Services Nurse, you will accompany physicians during healthcare visits and provide high-quality nursing care within community, residential, and hospitality environments. This role combines strong clinical nursing skills with exceptional patient service, professionalism, communication, and discretion. You will support patient assessments, treatment delivery, monitoring, documentation, and continuity of care while helping create a premium healthcare experience for every patient. Key responsibilities Accompany physicians during healthcare visits throughout Dubai. Deliver high-quality nursing care within private residences and hospitality environments. Support patient assessments and clinical monitoring. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Support patients with acute and chronic healthcare needs. Provide patient education and healthcare guidance. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. Build trusted relationships with patients and their families. Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical governance standards. Essential requirements DHA licensed registered nurse (mandatory). Currently residing and working within the UAE. Minimum 3 years' post-registration nursing experience. Hospital, outpatient, emergency, medical-surgical, VIP healthcare, community healthcare, or private healthcare experience. Excellent English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and patient engagement skills. Professional appearance and confident communication style. High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. Ability to travel throughout Dubai.
