Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation, with at least 8 years leading large-scale Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations in Tier-1 or Tier-2 global banks. Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-vendor transformation programs and strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology executives are essential. Mandatory product experience includes hands-on implementation in Avaloq Fusion Invest (Finastra), Multifonds, FIS Securities & Lending, TCS BaNCS (Wealth/Securities), or Aurora Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Wealth & Asset Management platforms. Manage large, cross-functional programs spanning business, technology,operations, vendors, data migration, testing, and change management. Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, identify solution gaps,and deliver scalable technology solutions. Establish program governance, manage risks, budgets, timelines, and executivereporting.
