What you will do:
Establish good rapport with guests while maintaining appropriate guest-employee relationships.
Prepare treatment areas according to specifications at the end of each treatment.
Know the benefits, indications and contraindications of all spa services, professional and retail products.
Commit to follow strictly Four Seasons Spa code of Ethics, Conflict of interest and Client privacy policies.
Comply with Four Seasons standard culture and operational criteria and provides retail prescription cards.
What you will bring:
Previous at least 5 years’ experience within the same role in a 5* luxury hotel.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
Licensed massage therapist, holistic health practitioner is a plus.
Certified therapist.
