Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a branded distribution & marketing company’s warehouse. This role involves managing daily activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with internal departments, and optimizing the efficiency and safety of the warehouse. The ideal candidate has experience in the FMCG sector and a deep understanding of inventory control and logistics processes. Key Responsibilities● Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including shift scheduling, task assignments, and performance oversight. ● Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.● Supervise all licensing and regulatory processes related to the Food & Drug Administration.● Handle customs-related procedures including deposits, inbound/outbound logistics, and clearance.● Oversee product disposal and destruction in line with regulatory standards. ● Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure consistency and accuracy.● Enforce safety and security protocols within the warehouse environment.● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment across departments.● Continuously improve warehouse layout and processes for optimal efficiency.● Oversee maintenance and functionality of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.● Lead training and development initiatives for warehouse staff to ensure compliance and high performance.
