The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Digital Product Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our consumer mobile app across iOS and Android. Working alongside designers, engineers, marketers and operations teams, you'll ship features that delight guests and move the metrics that matter - bookings, engagement, repeat visits.This is a delivery-focused product role. You'll own the backlog, run the sprints, coordinate releases, and turn the strategy set by digital leadership into shipped features and measurable guest impact.You'll report to the Head of Digital Product within the Digital & E-commerce team, and work closely with engineering, UX, brand marketing and park operations..What You'll DoOwn day-to-day delivery of the mobile app - manage the product backlog, prioritise the roadmap with input from leadership, and keep sprints on trackRun agile ceremonies - sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros - partnering with engineering leads and the scrum teamWrite clear user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering can build against without ambiguityCoordinate release planning across mobile, web and supporting platforms; manage dependencies with internal teams and external vendorsPartner with UX/UI designers to turn ideas and guest insights into shippable featuresTrack product performance using analytics (Firebase, GA4, Adobe, AppsFlyer or similar) and use the data to refine prioritiesHandle the operational side of mobile - App Store and Play Store submissions, release notes, version management, bug triage, hotfix coordinationKeep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on what's shipping, what's blocked and what's nextChampion the guest - bring the voice of the user into every prioritisation conversationWhat You'll Bring5-7 years of digital product experience, with at least 2-3 years on a consumer-facing mobile app (iOS/Android)Formal Agile certification - SAFe (POPM, PSM-equivalent), CSPO, PSPO or equivalent.
