Requirements

An 8-12 year track record in corporate strategy, transformation management, management consulting, programme management, or organizational development is required. Experience working with executive leadership teams, managing cross-functional strategic initiatives, and prior experience with a business consultancy firm are essential. Experience in the public sector, transportation, infrastructure, government entities, or large corporations is highly advantageous. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Special Initiatives Manager to lead and deliver high-priority strategic initiatives that support the company's transformation agenda and long-term objectives.
